- Shipping cost starts at $99, on purchases over $1,800 shipping is FREE.

- We ship to all of Mexico

Delivery times

- 2 to 4 days throughout Mexico.

- Remote or Difficult to Access Areas: 3 to 7 days as appropriate.

Shipping conditions

• From Monday to Friday, shipping is made the same day you make the payment if the payment is notified before 2 pm (Mexico City time).
• All shipments are made through Fedex, DHL, Estafeta, Sendex, Redpack.
• TRACKING GUIDE is provided with which you can track the package at all times.
• Shipments are made only from Monday to Friday through Fedex, DHL, Estafeta, Sendex, Redpack parcels. Parcel offices do not work on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
• The Fedex and DHL parcel service is totally independent of the service at https://ateconqueso.com/
• Delivery times are subject to parcel service coverage. In areas considered REMOTE or DIFFICULT TO ACCESS, delivery time can be 3 to 7 business days.
